What is the difference between a print, original, and commission?

Great question! 

PRINTS: An official reproduction created by the artist. I sell limited-edition prints (signed & numbered) and open-edition prints (unlimited). All prints come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Visit Prints to see what series is currently available.

ORIGINALS: An "original" painting is the real painting that prints are made from. They take anywhere from 30 - 150 hours to create. They are made from scratch, using custom built canvases and panels, and painted in handmade oils on canvas. Every original has a painted signature, date, and comes with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity. To see which paintings are available for purchase, visit Originals.

COMMISSIONS: These are custom original paintings created for clients. Size and price varies based on size, color and complexity. Turnaround time is 2-3 months. Visit Commissions for more information.


Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we do. However, paper and canvas will ship rolled (and requires stretching by local framer) to reduce shipping costs to our customers. Minis can still ship framed due to their small size. If you have any further questions regarding shipping outside of the USA, please email us at info@angiecrabtree.com

More on stretching: Your rolled canvas print will include stretching instructions for your local framer. We recommend having it stretched to a canvas frame that is 1.5" thick. 


Please read item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. As we are a small business, each item is made to order and therefore we do not issue refunds. However, if you believe there to be an error in regards to your purchase, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your order at info@angiecrabtree.com. We value our customers and will try our best to resolve any issues.

Do you offer rush or expedited delivery?

All of our prints are made to order, but we may be able to make special arrangements. We are happy to add expedited shipping to any order. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
